The MLS is free to browse and does not require you to sign up or egister to use. Every REALTOR® and Broker who utilizes the MLS available on their website is using the same MLS service available at the National Association of Realtors. and the exact same listings can be viewed at http://www.realtor.com. However, if you would like to receive email alerts of new properties or advanced search funtions, you will need to work with a REALTOR® who has access to those advanced features on the National Association of Realtors website that the general public does not have access to.
